【Check-in rules】
■ An extra bed is required for at least 9 people. Regardless of the number of people in the reservation, if you want to use an extra bed (sofa bed), you can pay 3,000 yen (tax included) during your stay
■ Children's price
Children under 6 years stay free when sharing an adult bed. If you wish to share a bed with your child, please include them as 'baby' when selecting the number of people when booking
*Please note that we do not accept co-sleeping beyond the maximum occupancy
* Children under the age of 6 who do not want to share the bed or children over the age of 7 will be charged as adults
■ Free parking
2 free parking lots (up to standard/van)
■ Optical line (NTT FLET'S Hikari) with a maximum speed of 1Gbps and no communication restrictions
*Please note that depending on the customer's communication terminal environment and line congestion, communication speed may drop or connection may not be possible
■ supply of supplies
-Shampoo/conditioner/body wash
-Bath gel, face towel/bath sponge/toothbrush/ (15 sets each)
*If consumables or amenities are insufficient, no additional services will be provided
*If you run out of towels, please use the indoor washing machine (detergent is included)
■ These check-in instructions/notes for using the facility may be written in English or other languages other than Japanese
In case of any discrepancies between the two house rules, the Japanese version shall prevail in all respects
■ We try to clean the room as carefully as possible, but if you have any concerns about the room, please let us know by sending us a message on the day of check-in with photos of the area in question
■ Be careful not to open doors or windows, or leave uneaten food or drinks in the room, as this may allow insects to grow or enter
■ How to use the bath (gas)
- Please be aware that the gas supply will be cut off if you use the following
- Continuous hot water for nearly 1 hour
- Use of hot water and use of other gas appliances (dryers, gas ranges) for extended periods of time
- Set the water heater to 51°C or higher
*If you use it for a long time, you can stop it for about 3 minutes while using it to prevent it from shutting down
*In the event of a power outage, the gas company will usually be on site to restore service and we may not be able to respond on the same day
*Please note that we will not be able to provide services such as refunds for troubles caused by gas shutdown
■ Please wash the used tableware and put them back where they were. (For facilities with BBQ utensils, please wash the BBQ utensils and return them to the original place.)
■ Please separate garbage
■ Please wear indoor slippers instead of shoes indoors
■ If the above regulations are not complied with, if the room requires more than normal cleaning after check-out, or if the facilities are found to be damaged or stained, additional cleaning and repair fees will be charged. We will bill you
■ Check-out time
We do not accept extended check-out times.
An overtime fee of JPY 10,000 will be charged for each hour of stay. (Example: 10,000 yen for over 1 hour, 20,000 yen for 1 to 2 hours)
There will be cleaning staff waiting outside during check-out time, but for privacy reasons, we generally do not use the walkie-talkie to signal, please be sure to leave on time.
■ We do not accept guests under the age of 20 staying alone
■ It is strictly forbidden to add people, use more sheets than the number of people, and allow non-guests to enter the room without permission
■ Pets and other animals are not allowed
■ Do not wear shoes in the room
■ Smoking is prohibited in the room and in the building
■ Noise that disturbs other users and neighbors is prohibited at all times
■ Be careful with fire when using the kitchen
■ It is forbidden to carry or use fireworks, charcoal, gas stoves, electric stoves, barbecue appliances and other heating appliances
■ Sorry to cause you trouble, please sort the garbage indoors or dispose of it at the designated place
■ We do not provide additional housekeeping services such as additional amenities or consumables, raising or lowering bedding, or other housekeeping services
■ If the equipment is removed, soiled or damaged, you will be required to pay an equal amount
■ Please park your car in the designated area. We are not responsible for any accidents, loss or theft
■ Disputes between users using this facility should be resolved through consultation between the two parties
■We are not responsible for accidents, disasters, theft, etc. that occur in this facility
■ Be sure to observe the check-out time. If the check-out time is exceeded, we will charge an excess fee
■ Be careful not to forget anything. As the facility is an unattended hotel, we can only return lost items by cash on delivery
A handling fee (2,200 yen including tax) will be charged in addition to the cash on delivery handling fee. We will ship after confirming payment of the "administrative fee", so it may take a few days. Lost items can be kept for 1 month after check-out
■ About the number of reservations
Use of the facility by guests other than the number of guests booked is considered gratuitous accommodation and is illegal. Only the number of guests booked can enter the facility
Even if you don't stay overnight, it is included in the number of people, so please include temporary accommodation such as visiting friends in the number of people when booking.
If the number of reservations changes, please be sure to make the changes yourself on the reservation site.
If a discrepancy is found between the number of reservations and the number of guests, we will charge the overage at the stated additional costs and may report to the police
*Cases where temporary stay is allowed (a fee will be incurred for overnight stay)
Helper related/Medical related/Guest chef/Health massage. If there are corresponding visitors, please contact us in advance
In case of violation or trouble of the above rules and etiquette, please leave the property immediately, or overcharge will be charged.
We have rules in place to provide our guests with safety, security and comfort.
