★Please take off your shoes before entering the room.
★Most of the rooms I manage are residential buildings. Please refrain from making loud noises, running around, and jumping around, as this may disturb the residents and other people.
In Japan, it is very important to be considerate of others.
★Smoking is prohibited on all premises, including indoors and outdoors. Anything related to smoking damage, including cigarette smell, will require repair and cleaning for an appropriate fee.
★No pets allowed.
★Parties are prohibited. Especially after 9:00 pm, please keep your voice down and be quiet.
★ Staying more than the declared number of people is prohibited.
★Eating and drinking on the bed is prohibited.
★Use of stainable items is prohibited.
★If you spill something, wipe it clean and leave no residue.
★Please separate garbage according to the guidebook in your room.
The nearby garbage station is for residents. If the trash can is full, take out the trash bag, tie it tightly and put it in the corner of the room. The cleaning staff will clean up after you check out, so please do not take any trash out of your room or leave it in the hallway or lobby. Japanese rules are very strict, and if I don't follow the rules, I will be penalized and have to close the shop. Please leave the trash in your room.
★(Only for properties with a parking lot contract) Please let us know in advance if you wish to use it. One car per group, depending on the property, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. In any case, the parking lot expires at 10:00 am on the day of check-out. Please note that if you park in the wrong place, it will be towed at your own expense.
★ (If you have a commuter pass for the parking lot) Please return it when you check out.
If it is damaged or lost, a reissue fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
★Turn on the ventilation fan when cooking.
★Wash used tableware and cooking utensils properly and put them back in their original places.
★Please flush only toilet paper down the toilet. Sanitary products cannot be flushed. Also, please do not flush a large amount of toilet paper at once as it may cause clogging of the toilet.
★Do not move furniture without permission and keep the room clean.
★When you go out, be sure to close the windows and make sure the door is locked. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items in the apartment.
★Please turn off all lights when you go out.
★Home WiFi or Pocket Wi-Fi is available in my room. Pocket WiFi has a data limit. If the guest who stayed just before has used up everything, the speed will be extremely slow.
★Please do not take home the furnishings from the room.
★In the following cases, a fine of 10,000 yen and actual expenses will be charged.
When there is evidence of smoking, such as odors, butts, or burn marks.
When there is a complaint from a resident, a consultation from a neighbor, or an indication from the police regarding noise or nuisance.
When you enter the wrong building, house or room without properly reading the details I sent you causing trouble for others.
When large items such as suitcases that are no longer used are left unattended.
When stubborn stains or stains are discovered.
When the item is found broken, burnt, damaged or missing.

*For all long-stay guests
We will guide you as follows.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
◆ Consumables
You can use the consumables (garbage bags, various detergents, cleaning tools, shampoo, treatment, body soap, etc.) installed in the room, including the drawer of the TV stand and the stock under the sink. If you run out of items in your room, please prepare them by yourself.
*Some of my rooms have traditional Japanese shoji/sliding doors. The Japanese paper used is very delicate, fragile, special and expensive, so please be careful not to damage the shoji/fusuma paper. When cleaning, the cleaning staff checks that there are no defects, damages, damages, or loss of all rooms, including the paper on the shoji/sliding doors. If there is loss, we will charge the repair fee. *
*If you do not notify us at check-in, all incidents during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. *
Treat my room as neatly and carefully as you would treat it yourself.
We thank all our guests for their cooperation and wish you a wonderful stay!
