注意事項
【Kids Zone】
■ Infants under the age of 6 (inclusive) will not be charged if they do not occupy a bed, and the second child will be charged as an adult (please select the number of people carefully!)
■ Children over 7 years old (inclusive) will be charged as adults (please select the number of people carefully!)
■ If there is no charge for children staying, please inform directly in the remarks
■ The actual charging standard is still subject to the official regulations of the hotel
【Check-in Rules】
■ Smoking is prohibited in the entire building (including balconies). In case of violation, a room deodorization fee of 30,000 yen will be imposed.
※ There are many fire alarms in the house, so please do not smoke indoors!
■ Pets are not allowed.
■ Do not enter the room with shoes on
■ An additional 30,000 yen will be charged depending on how dirty the room is, such as stains left on the floor by dragged suitcases or scattered garbage in the room.
■ The hostel is located in a general residential area. Please lower the volume, do not speak loudly and make noise indoors. If the neighbors report the noise, you will be forced to check out and the room fee will not be refunded.
※If there is a very serious noisy behavior after 21 o'clock in the evening, it is possible to report to the police.
■ Please turn off electrical appliances and air conditioners when you leave the room. Violation will result in a fine of 10,000 yen.
■ After using the kitchen, please put away the kitchen utensils.
■ Do not take away the items in the room. In case of violation, the cost of goods and lost wages will be levied.
■ Please check out before 10:00 in the morning. If you need to extend the check-out time, please contact me before check-in. If the check-out time is arbitrarily delayed without consultation, an extension fee of 10,000 yen will be charged to you.
■ The hot water supply is an electric water heater. If you use too much hot water, the water heater will restart to boil water. (The boiling time is about 5 hours. Please be careful not to use too much hot water. The machine boils water from 12:00 to 7:00 every night)
■ For guests who check in after 22:00, they may not be able to reply to your information immediately after 22:00. Please be sure to read the explanatory materials sent to you before check-in. It is recommended to print them out to ensure that you can find the hotel and check in smoothly.
■ Therefore, the type of lodging is not a hotel, so the services that can be provided are limited. Please do not meet all requests from guests.
■ In case you get lost or have other troubles without confirming the information, the hotel will not be responsible for it. Please note that no cancellation or refund will be accepted.
■ Please be sure to confirm the house rules and information, and please ask me if you have any questions. The property will not be responsible for any troubles or expenses caused by your failure to abide by the house rules.
■ This hotel is a homestay approved by the government. Please provide a copy of your passport and the signature of the special zone accommodation contract when you check in.
■ Please dispose of the garbage in the designated area during your stay. If you violate the rules, you will be charged 10,000 yen.
■ If the number of occupants exceeds the number of reservations, an additional charge of 20,000 yen per person x extra number of people will be charged.
■ According to the relevant regulations of Osaka City, we can only accept accommodation requests for more than 2 nights and 3 days. The stay cannot be less than 2 nights. Early check-outs will be charged for more than 2 nights even during the stay. There are no exceptions. For example, if you book a stay for 2 nights and 3 days, even if you only stay for 1 night, the remaining night fee cannot be refunded.
■ Regarding guest check-in, in principle, the Osaka government needs to confirm the identity of the guest face to face. Please go to Nihombashi Osaka Tourist Information Center to pick up the key. As a landlord, so far, many guests have had some troubles with the keys, so I chose the Osaka Tourist Information Center as the place to hand over the keys based on the suggestions of the tenants. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
■ A disposal fee of 10,000 yen will be charged if there is garbage that needs to be disposed of by a cleaning company (for example: suitcases) in the room when you check out.
