【No Smoking Inside the Apartment or on the Balcony】
【Please Keep Quiet After 10 PM】
【Regarding Deposit for Long Stays: For a total stay of 30 nights or more, a deposit of ¥30,000 will be collected. Upon confirming the room after check-out and finding no issues, the deposit will be refunded. Additionally, we may inspect the room to ensure no problems with usage.】
【Regarding Room Changes for Extended Stays: For a total stay of 90 nights or more, from a property management perspective, there may be a need to move rooms approximately every three months.】
【Check-in Information】
・We have implemented a self-check-in system.
・A few days before check-in, we will provide you with the "Reservation Number," "Room Number," and "Entrance Door Access Code."
・Upon arrival, please enter your reservation number on the tablet at the entrance and follow the displayed instructions to complete the check-in process.
・Once the process is completed, we will provide you with the unlock code for the electronic lock on your room.
※The room key is a smart lock (electronic lock).
※Valid identification documents such as a driver's license are required for check-in.
【Other Information】
・Towel exchanges and mid-stay cleanings are not provided.
・The entire property is non-smoking, and open flames are prohibited.
・Smoking areas are located on the first floor of the facility.
・We offer baggage storage before check-in. Please use the designated wire rack and secure it yourself, as it is an unmanned process.
・The supermarket on the first floor of the facility is open from 7 AM to 11 PM.
