【Accommodation Rules】
■ Smoking is prohibited in hotel facilities and guest rooms. If you need it, please use the hotel's smoking area.
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ There is an additional fee to use the fitness center.
■ The property may not allow customers with tattoos to use public baths, or other public facilities where tattoos may be exposed.
■ Cribs available, subject to availability! Please contact our hotel in advance if you want to use a baby cot.
■ When guests use the parking facilities, the hotel is not responsible for keeping the guest's vehicle.
■ Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare requires all international visitors to show their passport number and nationality when registering at any accommodation facility (hotel, hotel, motel, etc.)! Additionally, property owners are required to make passport copies of all registered guests and keep copies.
■ When the staying guest is considered to be likely to act in a manner that violates the law or violates public order or good morals related to the accommodation, the hotel will refuse the accommodation and will not refund the money.
■ If a guest is found to have an infectious disease, the hotel will refuse to stay and no refund will be given.
■ If the hotel is required to bear unreasonable burdens related to the accommodation, the hotel will refuse the accommodation and no refund will be given.
■ If the words, deeds or actions of the staying guest affect other guests of the hotel, the hotel will refuse to stay and no refund will be given.

■ When the hotel finds that a passenger is in a state that is difficult to ensure safety or has a mental breakdown, which may cause harm, insecurity and fear to other customers, the hotel will refuse to stay and will not refund.
■ All persons who fail to immediately stop violating or behavioral rules as requested by the hotel, the hotel will refuse accommodation and no refund will be given.
■ The hotel shall not accept guests suffering from diseases that may cause trouble or unpleasantness to other guests.
After the hotel has made the room available to the guest, the guest can voluntarily check out early and the full amount of the stay will be charged even if you are not staying at the hotel.
■ If there is a need for late check-out after 11:00, please contact the front desk! All rooms are subject to availability and the following charges apply: 30% of the room rate until 15:00, 50% of the room rate until 18:00, and full payment after 18:00.
■ When the guest asks for loss or damage of items, cash or valuables stored at the front desk, the hotel shall compensate the guest for the loss, except for cases of force majeure. (There is a limit of 150,000 yen for compensation for cash and valuables.)
■ Any loss caused by the guest's intention or negligence, the guest shall compensate the hotel.
■ In the guest room, please do not do anything that may cause a fire.
■ Do not bring gunpowder, volatile oil and other flammable or combustible substances and items that emit odors. Unauthorized guns, swords or other items prohibited by law into carry-on luggage, so as not to cause trouble to other customers.
■ We do not allow the use of items that may interfere with the hotel's electrical system.
■ Passengers are not allowed to use guest rooms for purposes other than accommodation.
■ Please use the main lobby to meet visitors. The hotel refuses to allow visitors to enter the guest rooms and use the facilities and items in the rooms.
■ Do not move furniture and equipment in the hotel and guest rooms without authorization.
■ Unauthorized alteration or rearrangement of fixtures and fittings in the hotel and guest rooms is prohibited.
■ Do not speak loudly, sing or make noise in other ways in the hotel and guest rooms to disturb other guests.
■ Do not gamble or do anything against public order and decorum in the hotel.
■ Do not leave your belongings in the lobby or corridors at any time.
■ When the guest uses the telephone installed in the guest room, the hotel will charge a maintenance fee in addition to the telephone fee.
■ Do not wear bathrobes, slippers, etc. to use facilities other than guest rooms, such as corridors and halls.
■ Without special authorization, it is not allowed to distribute advertisements to other guests, sell items or solicit donations or signatures from guests in the hotel and guest rooms.
■ If guests find luggage or items left behind after check-out, they will be treated as abandoned items according to the hotel's internal regulations.
■ If the passenger checks out and leaves the hotel without taking out the items stored in the safe and returning the hotel key, the hotel will open the safe and take out the stored items after 6 days, it will be deemed that you have given up the ownership of the items, and the hotel will May be sold in any manner or at any price, and the passenger will not contest this disposition.
■ The hotel is not responsible for any loss or deterioration of stored items due to damage caused by fire, earthquake or other causes not the responsibility of the hotel.
■ It is strictly forbidden to take pictures within the hotel grounds, whether for commercial purposes or as a nuisance to other guests.
