注意事項
【House Rules】
■ When checking in, please present your ID card or passport with the name on the reservation.
■ Check-in time - after 3:00 pm / Check-out time - before 12:00 am the next day.
■ Overtime check-out will be charged NT$300 per hour.
■ According to government regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited in the museum. If smoke is detected, a minimum fine of NT$10,000 will be imposed, and a penalty of room loss and cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.
■ Except for guide dogs, pets are not allowed in the guest rooms. If you violate the regulations and bring pets in, you will be charged a fine for room loss and a cleaning fee of NT$3,000.
■ The hotel only provides toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, bottled water, tea bags and other free one-time accessories. If the equipment and accessories of other hotels are damaged or taken out without authorization, they must be compensated according to the price.
■ In order to maintain the safety and quality of accommodation, cooking, drinking, gambling and other inappropriate behaviors are prohibited in the guest rooms, and loud noises are not allowed.
■ Baby cots and baby bathtubs are available free of charge. Please notify us one day before check-in at the latest, otherwise they will not be available on the same day.
【Kids Zone】
■ There is no charge for children under the age of 6 who do not occupy a bed, and charges for children over the age of 6.
■ Children over 7 years old (inclusive) will be charged as adults (please select the number of people carefully!).
■ If there is no charge for children staying, please inform directly in the remarks.
■ The cost of extra bed will not be included in the total price, you need to pay separately when you check in.
■ Cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
■ The actual charging standard is still subject to the official regulations of the hotel.
【Notes on parking lot】
■ When you arrive at Leke Hotel Chiayi, please get off the bus first if you have accompanying persons and luggage.
■ Please go to the counter to get the pass of the parking lot and pay a deposit before you can use the pass to swipe your card and enter the parking lot to park.
■ Please lock the car in the parking lot, and do not put valuables in the car. In case of any accidents, theft, and related disputes in the parking lot, the hotel shall not be responsible for any custody.
■ The parking lot adopts a first-come-first-served system, until it is full. If there is no parking space, please find a parking space by yourself, the hotel will not pay related derivative fees.
■ After check-out, please take your passport and swipe your card into the parking lot to retrieve your car. Please remember to return to the counter with your passport to get your deposit back.
