■ Gambling, alcoholism, drug taking or any illegal activities are prohibited in the hotel. The reception hall and guest room floors on the second floor are only used by guests during their stay. Violators will be reported to the police.
■ The hotel has the right to refuse to accept passengers who cause trouble to other passengers or employees, are identified as patients with infectious diseases, or are unable to receive passengers due to natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons.
■ If you cannot travel due to force majeure such as natural disasters and wars on the check-in date, please contact the reservation center within three days (including the day) from the check-in date.
