[Housing Rules]
◼︎Provide exclusive parking space (4 parking spaces)
◼︎ Pots and pans, tableware, induction cooker, electric cooker, microwave oven, oven can be borrowed, please clean and put them back after use, thank you.
◼︎Provide barbecue venue, need to charge NTD$500 for cleaning fee, order barbecue ingredients
◼︎The homestay has an inflatable children's paddling pool (limited to summer)
◼︎ Luggage can be stored in advance (please note in advance)
◼︎If you check in after 18:00, please make a note when booking, the room will not be reserved and the fee will be refunded.
◼︎Please contact us by phone 30 minutes before check-in to avoid the need for passengers to wait outside.
◼︎If you are unable to check in within the specified time due to possible delays in the itinerary, please be sure to confirm with the hotel in advance.
◼︎ When checking out, please return the room key; when leaving the room, please turn off the air conditioner and power supply first.
◼︎Please show your ID card for registration when you check in, and please pay the balance.
◼︎ Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please make a note in advance when booking.
◼︎For guests who continue to stay, the B&B will not provide replacement towels or bath towels. Please inform us if you need to replace them.
◼︎In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, partying, drug addiction, betel nut chewing, alcoholism, gambling and other illegal sexual acts are strictly prohibited in the house. If found, they will be reported to the police.
◼︎Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water
◼︎ Please do not damage the items in the house. If you find any damage or loss when checking out, you will need to compensate according to the price.
◼︎Please keep your voice soft after 10pm and respect the tranquility of the accommodation space.
◼︎ "Management and Control Matters": Singing, barbecuing, and making noises are prohibited from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day.

◼︎Extra bed: NTD500/person on weekdays, NTD800/person on holiday, NTD1000/person for extra bed during Spring Festival, ◼︎No extra bed for extra person: NTD500/person on weekdays, NTD800/person on holiday, NTD1000/person for extra person during Spring Festival /people
◼︎Children under 5 years old, do not occupy a bed, no extra charge, limit 1 extra person per room
◼︎From 5 to 12 years old, they are regarded as school children, and an extra person fee will be charged, NTD300/person on weekdays, NTD500/person on holidays, and NTD800/person for extra bed during the Spring Festival
◼︎Children under 110 cm do not occupy a bed and do not charge extra, only 1 extra person per room
◼︎Above 110 cm, it is considered a school child, and an additional person fee is required, NTD300 per person
