【Notice before moving in
● Please note the following 3 key specifications, if any of them are violated, the deposit will not be refunded, and the damaged homestay items will be compensated according to the market price. If the violation is serious, you will be asked to check out on the spot without the check-out price.
● Key 1-This homestay [no smoking in the whole building] is completely non-smoking indoors and is prohibited from chewing betel nut. Please smoke on the balcony or outdoors on the 1F. If the illegal deposit is confiscated, the homestay can ask the traveler to check out immediately and pay for the one-day private building fee As cleaning processing fees and related losses.
● Key 2 - In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, illegal sexual acts such as partying, drug use, gambling, etc. are strictly prohibited in the house. If they are found, they will be reported to the police and the deposit will be confiscated. The guesthouse can ask the passenger to check out immediately and must compensate for the one-day rental fee for cleaning Processing fees and related losses.
● Key 3-At 10:00 p.m., please avoid chatting and talking outdoors, and please lower the volume indoors. If it is loud or noisy, it will affect the tranquility of nearby residents. It will cause the public to report/alarm, resulting in a poor look and feel of the homestay. Passengers may be asked to check out immediately.
【Housing Rules】
● When checking in, please present your ID card or passport for accommodation registration, sign the check-in contract and pay the balance.
● In order to maintain public safety, this hotel will set up monitors in the public hall (living room) and public facilities (public equipment), and it is strictly forbidden to touch or cover it, otherwise all losses will be fully responsible for the passenger. If you cannot accept it, please do not book a room.
● Please return the room key at the counter when checking out. If lost, NTD$500 will be charged for each pair
● Please check in according to the number of people in the room. If the number of additional people is not notified in advance, an additional fee of NTD$1500/person will be charged.
● In order to maintain the quality of accommodation and safety, people outside the hotel are not allowed to enter.
● After ten o'clock in the evening, please keep your voice soft and soft outside, and please lower the volume indoors, and respect the peace of the surrounding residents.
● Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible for any loss, please forgive me.
● Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water.
*Please do not damage the items in the house. If you find any damage or loss when checking out, you will be charged according to the price.
● The kitchen can be used, only cooking without oil fume ※You can borrow pots and pans, tableware, please clean and put them back after use, thank you. Barbecue venue: Provide barbecue utensils and order barbecue ingredients. Barbecue cleaning fee NTD$$1000
● There are stairs/slopes/railings and other facilities in the homestay. If there are active children in the company, parents should restrain themselves. If there are dangerous behaviors such as chasing/screaming/climbing, parents should take the responsibility of teaching and protecting the safety of children. We are sorry that the hotel cannot be held responsible for the accident.
● Please treat the B&B as your own home, and look forward to seeing you often.
