【Housing Rules】
■Do not use firearms in hallways and guest rooms.
■Do not smoke in beds, guest rooms or other places where fire may occur.
■Do not sing loudly, make noise, or otherwise cause disgust or nuisance to others or neighbors.
■Do not bring the following items into the building or the premises of the building.
i. Animals and Birds
II. Items that emit foul odors
3. Large quantity of goods
4. Combustible or flammable items such as gunpowder and volatile oil
Ⅴ. Things not permitted by law
(Items prohibited by the Firearms Act, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, etc.)
■Do not engage in gambling or conduct detrimental to public morals in or within buildings.
■Attracting outsiders into the building without authorization, or using various facilities, items, etc.
Don't let them use it.
■Do not use this building as an office or business office.
■ Please refrain from using the facilities and items in the building for any purpose other than the intended purpose.
■Do not take items out of the building or move them to other places.
■Do not attach foreign objects to the building or change the current state of the building.
■Do not hang or stick anything that detracts from the appearance of the building on windows or exterior walls.
■Do not distribute advertisements to other customers in the building.
■Do not leave suitcases, bags or other items in common areas of the building.
■ Do not order takeout from the building.
■Accommodation fee must be paid in advance in principle.
■If you want to change the number of days of stay, please let us know in advance.
However, please note that depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to accept your request.
