注意事項
★Please pay attention to the check-in and check-out time!
・Check-in time: after 3:00 pm
・Check-out time: before 10:00 am
Room cleaning starts at 10:00. As soon as 10:00, the staff will enter the room and start cleaning. If you wish to check out late, please contact the host before noon the day before your departure to adjust the cleaning time. Late notices and demands on the day of check-out will not be accepted!
Late check-out fee: 1,000 yen/hour
The parking lot is only available until 10:00
★The following behaviors are prohibited during the stay:
・Do not make loud noises, run around, or jump up and down, which will cause trouble to nearby residents
・Smoking is prohibited in all premises, both indoors and outdoors (if there is damage caused by smoking, including the smell of cigarettes, additional maintenance and cleaning charges will apply)
・No pets allowed
・No parties: Please try to be quiet after 9pm
・Actual number of occupants cannot exceed the number of people booked. If you need to change the number of people, please be sure to notify the host
・No eating or drinking in bed
・Please let us know if the fixtures or furniture in the room are dirty that cannot be removed
★Please take off your shoes before entering the room.
Do not use the nearby garbage collection area (for local residents only). Please refer to the garbage sorting guide in the room for information on how to dispose of garbage. If the trash can is full, tie the trash bag tightly and place it in the corner of the room. Cleaning staff will clean up after check out. If you live for a long time and want to dispose of the garbage first, please contact the travel host, and the staff will go to dispose of it. Please do not leave garbage outside the room! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
★ (In the case where the hotel and the parking lot have signed a contract) If there is a need for parking, it must be notified in advance (basically, there is a limit of one per household and first-come-first-stop cannot be guaranteed). Parking is available until 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you do not stop according to the regulations, you may be towed, please pay attention. (Towing costs will be borne by yourself)
★ (If the parking lot uses a commuter pass) Please leave the commuter pass in the room when you check out. If damaged or lost, a reissue fee of JPY 10,000 will be charged.
★When cooking, please turn on the ventilation fan.
★Used tableware and utensils can be placed in the kitchen after cleaning, and the cleaning staff will store them after inspection.
★Do not move furniture.
★When going out, be sure to close the windows, turn off the lights, and lock the door. The owner is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the room
★General wireless Wi-Fi or portable Wi-Fi is provided in the room. In case of portable WiFi, there are data restrictions. If all previous guests are used up, the speed may be very slow. Please note!
★Please do not bring home the equipment and items in the room.
★Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Also, don't rush in a lot of toilet paper at once, as it can cause a blockage.
★For guests who stay for more than 2 weeks, if the consumables in the room are used up, please purchase and replenish them by yourself.
★If the above rules are not followed and any malfunction/damage/loss/damage occurs (below), a fine of 10,000 yen and the cost of the actual loss will be charged.
1. There are signs of smoking ~ such as odor, cigarette butts, burn marks, etc.
2. When a resident complains due to noise or nuisance, receives a response from a neighbor, or receives a corrective instruction from the police.
3 If you go to the wrong building, home or room without reading the check-in instructions carefully, causing trouble to others.
4. Leaving discarded suitcases or large garbage at check-out.
5 When you find stains that cannot be removed.
6 When an item is found damaged, burnt, damaged or lost.
7 Parking illegally.
※There are Japanese-style sliding doors or Japanese-style screen sliding doors in some rooms. The Japanese paper used in these screens or sliding doors is very delicate, fragile, special and expensive, so please be careful not to damage it! We will inspect the room for any damage or defects prior to your stay. If any items are damaged during your stay, please be sure to contact the host. If maintenance costs are incurred, the passenger will be asked to pay compensation.
※When you enter the room, if you find any damage or malfunction in the room, please be sure to inform it when you check in. Damages or malfunctions during the stay will be investigated.
