●Do not open the guest room door.
●Prohibition of making loud noises, jumping, etc. in the guest room at any time.
●Do not open windows after 21:00 when using audio equipment.
●No eating, drinking or chatting on the terrace or rooftop after 21:00.
●After 21:00, turn down the volume of the audio equipment and do not speak loudly.
●It is prohibited to stay with more people than the number of people declared at the time of reservation of accommodation at this facility.
●No smoking in guest rooms. Please use the smoking areas designated by the facility. If smoking is detected in the guest room, a special cleaning fee of 40,000 yen per room will be charged, and in some cases, a business security deposit will be charged as described below.
●When using our hotel, if there is damage or loss to fixtures, equipment, etc. due to negligence on the part of the customer, the customer will be required to compensate for the damage according to our company's request. In the event that the operation of the hotel is hindered, the customer will also be required to compensate for the damage during the period of the hindrance. Compensation for business during the period when the hotel business is hindered will be 40,000 yen per night.
●Shoes are prohibited inside the building.
●It is prohibited to take out towels, tableware, etc. from the museum. If it is lost or damaged, you may be charged for the actual cost.
●Please separate garbage (combustible garbage, bottles, cans, plastic bottles) thoroughly. Please take any trash that exceeds the capacity of the bins in your room with you. If garbage is left behind, a separate garbage disposal fee will be charged. Please refrain from illegally dumping the garbage that you bring home around the facility. Also, if you used decorations, crackers, etc. in the room, please restore them to their original state.
●Check-out must be completed by 11:00 am.
●Do not bring dangerous goods into the hotel.
●If any equipment in the hotel is moved, it will be returned to its original position.
●It is prohibited to change the wiring and layout of audio/visual equipment without permission. If you wish to connect to a computer, game console, etc., please consult us in advance when making a reservation.
●If there are complaints about noise or odors from neighboring residents, our staff may enter the facility. You may receive warnings from our hotel staff regarding acts that violate house rules. If you do not follow the warnings and recommendations, you may be prohibited from using the hotel in the future, or you may be expelled from the hotel at that time.
●At check-in, you will be asked to sign the [634 Condo Shinjuku Accommodation Consent Form] that describes the house rules. If you cannot follow the house rules, if the purpose of use conflicts with the house rules, or if you do not sign the above consent form, we may refuse to use it at that time.
