● Limited service for private buildings: provide public kitchen, barbecue venue, and order barbecue ingredients; the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, tableware, induction cooker, electric cooker, microwave oven, and oven. Please clean and return after use.
● Provide washing machine and dehydrator.
● Provide exclusive parking space (2 parking spaces).
● The first floor is the common living room (LCD TV, TV channels).

【Description of Package Building】
● Private room type can accommodate 12 people, providing 1 double room, 1 quadruple room, and 1 6-person room. The extra bed fee is extra.

【Notice before moving in】
● If you check in after 18:00, please make a note at the time of booking, the room will not be reserved and the fee will not be refunded.
● Late check-out charges: double room NTD$200 per hour; quadruple room NTD$300 per hour; six-person room NTD$400 per hour.
● Please contact us by phone 30 minutes before check-in to avoid the need for passengers to wait outside.
● If you are unable to check in within the specified time due to possible delays in the itinerary, please be sure to confirm with the hostel in advance.
● In response to green energy conservation, no disposable toilet utensils are provided, only bath towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided.
● When checking out, be sure to return the room key; when leaving the room, please turn off the air conditioner and power supply first.
● Please present your ID card for registration when you check in, and please pay the balance.
● Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please make a note in advance to inform you that the number of people will be accommodated on the same day.
● In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, smoking, drinking alcohol, eating betel nut, gambling, making noise, cooking, and engaging in improper behavior are prohibited indoors.
● Please lower the volume after 22:00 in the evening, do not make loud noises, so as not to affect the rights and interests of other passengers.
● The host or landlord also lives in the homestay!
● When going out, please lock doors and windows and turn off electrical appliances.
● Personal valuables, please keep them properly, if lost, we will not be responsible, please forgive me.
