【Information before check-in】
● In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people specified by the camp. If you need to add more people, please inform us in advance. (If the number of people staying exceeds the number of people notified at the time of booking, the camp owner will have the right to refuse the extra people from entering all areas of the tent)
● Smoking is completely prohibited. If you are found to be smoking, you will be charged a minimum of US$100 in compensation.
● Pets are welcome, please maintain pet accommodation etiquette and keep pets on chains or in outdoor cages.
● Please do not check out late. In case of late check-out, compensation fees will be incurred.
● Please call to inform us in advance if you check in overtime. If you check in overtime without calling in advance, no refunds will be given and the campsite will not be reserved.
● Please provide identification documents or passport upon check-in for check-in.
● Alcoholism, chewing betel nut, setting off firecrackers, high-decibel audio equipment, partying, drug taking, gambling, gathering to cause trouble and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited. If found, the police will be dealt with.
● To maintain environmental quality, it is prohibited to light fires on bare ground in the camp area.
● To maintain environmental quality, fires are only allowed in designated areas within the camp.
● In order to protect the environment, please bring your own personal toiletries. (The camp area only provides shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryers)
● Please keep your personal valuables properly. We are not responsible for any loss, so please forgive me.
