If you stay for 2 consecutive days or more, you need to check out first and then check in

We will make a pre-auth from your credit card before you check in as a reservation guarantee(That is not a real charge yet), and you just pay the room rate when you checking in.
● Check-out time is before 11:00 am. If you check out after the accommodation time, the system will automatically incur fees. If you require a later check-out or an extension request, please inform the reception first but it depends on availability. There will be an additional charge.
●Please return the room card to the counter when checking out. If the room card is lost or damaged, a cost of NT$300 will be charged for each.
● All accommodations include breakfast. The restaurant is located on the six floor. Please remember to bring breakfast coupons when dining (for multi-day stays, breakfast coupons are given per day).
● The gym and children's playroom are located on the 5th floor and are open from 09:00-21:00.
● Free snacks and soft drinks are provided in the room. In addition, there is also a paid ordering service.
● There are free self-service washing machine and dryer on B1. Laundry balls can be purchased at the counter for NT$30 each.
● There is free WIFI in the room without a password.
● Dial"9" to the reception. To call another room, dial the room number directly. Besides, the system will automatically bill you for calls to outside lines.
● If the guest for multi-day stays does not specifically inform the front desk that housekeeping services are not required, we will clean the room for you when you go out.
