■ If you bring pets, you will be charged a pet deposit of TWD$3000 (it will be refunded upon check-out) and a cleaning fee of TWD$300. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to additional charges.
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please inform us in advance.
■ Please present your ID upon check-in for registration and payment of the accommodation fee or balance.
■ In order to maintain the accommodation environment, do not drink or gamble indoors or in the room, and it is strictly forbidden to take drugs in parties. Please forgive me for any inconvenience.
■ Warm reminder: There are two single-family buildings in the 700-square-meter park. The building with about 200-square meters in the front building is the photo on the official website. The owner of the homestay lives in the back building without interfering with each other.
■ If it is found to be illegal or violate the rules of the homestay, the homestay reserves the right to refuse reception and not refund the money for the package.
■ All indoor spaces (including rooms, public spaces and bathrooms) are completely non-smoking. For the rights and interests of each guest and the maintenance of the accommodation environment, it takes twice the time and labor cost to clean. There is a cleaning fee of TWD$5000, please abide by and be considerate.

■ If the volume is too loud and is banned, you must pay the penalty yourself, including the penalty of the business owner, and you must bear the full responsibility. If you are punished by the suspension of business, the business loss will be fully borne by the perpetrator.
■ In order to protect each other's rights and interests and safety concerns of tourists, monitors are installed outside the homestay, in the public living room, and in the restaurant.
■ It is forbidden to do any illegal acts in the homestay. If found, it will be reported to the police.
■ Fireworks are prohibited in the B&B park. If fireworks are released without permission and cause a fire or affect the peace of neighbors, they will be reported and punished.
■ If you violate the rules of the homestay, the homestay reserves the right to terminate the stay and will not refund the paid fees. Please make a reservation after knowing all the rules.
■ The B&B does not accept temporary visitors. If there are visitors, you need to inform in advance. If you find that you bring a visitor into the B&B, the B&B will charge a visitor fee of TWD$1,000 per person. If a visitor stays overnight at the B&B, it will be regarded as accommodation, and an additional fee of TWD$2,000 per person will be charged. Accommodation costs.
■ Pyrotechnics are prohibited in the B&B park. If you release fireworks without permission, you will be charged TWD$3,000 for the cleaning fee of pyrotechnic waste. If you cause a fire or affect the peace of your neighbors and are reported and punished, the perpetrator must bear the full responsibility and the responsibility of compensation for loss and punishment.
■ To maintain the tranquility of the accommodation, each guest is requested to speak softly and respect each other for the tranquility of the accommodation space.
■ Personal valuables, please keep them properly, if lost, we will not be responsible, please forgive me.
■ The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, appliances, etc. in the house are all the property of this homestay. If the items are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price.
■ Do not move indoor furnishings (such as beds, LCD TVs) arbitrarily.
■ Remind passengers that due to the open kitchen and kitchen borrowing, try to cook with less oily smoke, such as using pots and pans, etc., please clean and return to your place, including the use of barbecue venues, please observe garbage classification and environmental cleaning, thank you for your cooperation
*Renewed guests do not take the initiative to provide replacement towels or bath towels. Please inform us if you need to replace them.
*Due to food safety considerations, the B&B does not provide breakfast (you need to take care of yourself). The discount has been fed back to the room price. If you need a breakfast B&B, you can order Western-style breakfast on your behalf. The kitchen can be borrowed or you can take care of yourself.
*The environment of CC House is not ideal. Parents are advised to pay attention to safety when children are staying, and try to avoid accidental injuries caused by children running and jumping.
■ If you cannot abide by the above regulations, please do not place an order. After placing an order, it is deemed to agree to cooperate with the B&B regulations.

【Precautions for paddling pool】
■ The paddling pool is 4 meters X 8 meters, and the water depth is 70-90 cm. It is open from May to October.
■ By using the paddling pool, you agree to abide by the paddling pool regulations formulated by the hotel.
■ It is necessary to use it in accordance with the regulations and pay attention to safety. If an accident is caused by swimming in the water, the lodging party agrees to waive the right to be held accountable for any legal responsibility of the homestay and any claim for compensation.
■ To enter the pool, you need to wear a swimsuit, a swimming cap, and wash your feet before entering the pool.
【Tips for pet accommodation】
■ Pets must be noted in the order and charged on-site, and the hotel must be informed in advance.
