注意事項
Rule 1: In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room type. If you need to add more people, please let us know in advance. (If the number of occupants exceeds the number of people notified at the time of booking, the owner of the homestay will have the right to refuse access to the entire range of the homestay)
Code 2: Total smoking ban. If smoking is found, you will be charged a minimum compensation fee of $100.
Rule 3: No pets.
Rule 4: Do not check out late. In case of late check-out, there will be a compensation fee.
Rule 5: Please call in advance to inform you if you check-in overtime. If you are overtime and do not call in advance to inform you, you will not be refunded and the room will be reserved.
Rule 6: Provide identification documents or passport upon check-in for check-in.
Code 7: Alcohol abuse, betel nut chewing, firecrackers, partying, drug use and other illegal activities are prohibited. If found, they will be reported to the police.
Rule 8: The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, and utensils in the house are property of the hotel. If they are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price. If anything is damaged or unusable, please let us know so we can prepare for the next guest.
Rule 9: When you go out, please lock the door and turn off the lights, air conditioners and other electrical appliances in the guest room.
Code 10: Personal valuables, please keep them properly. If you lose them, we will not be responsible. Please forgive me.
Rule 11: The hotel provides airport and station pick-up and drop-off services, please make an appointment in advance.
Rule 12: When you are done using public kitchen pots and pans, be sure to wash them.
Rule 13: Please lower the volume after 10:00 pm to avoid disturbing the rest of other travelers.
