. You are not allowed to open the balcony windows of all rooms. Please note that you cannot go out on the balcony.
. Children under 5 years old (including 5 years old) are free, and the second child is charged as an adult.
. 6 years and older are charged as an adult.
. Children under 15 years old are not allowed to stay alone.
. Passengers over the age of 15 but under the age of 18 are required to submit a guardian's consent form at least 7 days before the check-in date. All minor occupants must submit a paper consent form by mail or fax.

Remind you that all passengers checking in are required to present their passports for registration verification. Depending on the city, it may be necessary to pay the accommodation tax (lodging tax) on the spot.
. From October 1, 2018, the Kyoto City Government will collect an accommodation tax on all reservations made by all hotel and accommodation guests in Kyoto. Please pay this tax in cash upon check-in.
"If the room rate per person per night is less than 19,999 yen": 200 yen per person per night
"If the room rate between 20,000 yen and 49,999 yen per person per night": 500 yen per person per night
"If the room rate per person per night is more than 50,000 yen": 1,000 yen per person per night, children under five years old (including five years old) are free, and the second person will be charged as an adult.
