*I will send you an access URL that shows you how to access my apartment.
Be sure to download it before coming to my room.
*Key information will be sent 3 days before check-in.
*Guests can self check-in.
*Early Check-in: Possible, if the cleaning is finished (after 13:00)
Guests can drop off luggage only after cleaning is finished.
*Please take off your shoes and leave them at the entrance.
*NO SMOKING in this room or balconies. We may charge an additional cleaning fee if you smoke in the room or on the balcony.
*NO SMOKING even in front of the property. Please do not bother the neighbors with littering cigarette butts, or chatting in front of the property.
*After 10PM, please do not make big sounds.
*When going out, please turn off the air conditioning and the lights of the room. Please cooperate with power saving. ^^
*Lock the door and close the windows when you leave the property.
*Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.
*Treat the property like your own home.
*Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.
*Guests of all ages are welcome.
*Up to 6 years old free of charge Only when sharing the bed with an adult
Adults 7 years and older will be charged.
*Please do not leave your luggage inside the room after checking out.
(We can’t accept the storage of your luggage after checking out.)
*Late Check-out: We can’t accept it, because we need to clean for the next guests.
Be very careful at the check-out time. If you pass the check-out time, we will charge 5,000 yen per hour.
If you want to adjust the check-out time, please let me know the time before the day of check-out.
