This house complies with Japanese laws and regulations, the laws and regulations of the municipality where the house is located, and the guidance of the health center. Only those who agree can enter the room. In addition to following the rules, everyone who enters the room must show their mugshot, ID and submit a ledger.
*The room is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Note that the stairs are a bit steep.
*Basic cooking utensils are provided, but salt, pepper, oil and seasonings are not provided.
*We installed a thermometer, if lost or damaged, 5000 yen will be charged.
*Please bring your own laundry detergent, the previous guest may leave detergent when checking out, feel free to use it.
★Other Matters★
- There is no curfew, you are free to use it 24 hours a day.
- Room wifi is unlimited.
- After completing the reservation, we will send detailed information such as how to get there, nearby information, and Kansai information.
★Check in/Check out★
Check-out: Please leave the room before 10:00 am and leave on time, if you exceed the time, an extension fee will be charged. Be sure to pay attention.
Luggage cannot be stored after check-out, so please use a nearby coin locker.
Cleaning time: 10:00~14:30
After check-out, the cleaning staff will clean the room for the next guest.
Check-in: possible from 15:00
This is self check-in, so please check in anytime after 15:00.

★ Contamination and damage to fixtures ★ (including fusuma damage)
We will charge the actual cost + installation fee 2750 yen (in the case of large size + processing fee). Item aging is not limited to this.
