The room is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
Check-out is strictly limited to 10:00.
If the check-out time is delayed more than 20 minutes, we will charge USD 30 (3000JPY + tax).
Cleaning staff will start cleaning the room from 10:20.

■ Precautions for portable WIFI:
If you use 3GB a day, there will be a communication limit for that day.

★[About the garbage collection fee during the stay]★
If you need to collect garbage during your stay, we regret to inform you that a fee will be charged.
Our staff will come to pick up the package on the specified date.
Depending on the number of garbage bags, the fee is 1,650 yen or more.

Please consider using 45 liter waste bags as a guide.

If you find an item left behind after checking out and arrange to send it back, 550 yen (tax included) + shipping fee will be charged at the time of delivery.
