【Conditions and items to be comfirmed before reservation】
・Checking-in time: 4p.m.
・Checking-out time: 11p.m.
・Checking-in with pet animals is prohibited.
・Basically there is no case of meeting managers or staffs during your stay. Please use the room upon your responsibility.
・For contacting us during your stay, please do so by e-mail or phone call.
・The room key is in the key box hung by the front door.
・The key is in the key box on the front door.
【Notes to be attended during the stay】
・Smoking is prohibited inside the room.
・Usage of firearms is prohibited.
・Please keep silence in any common facilities.
・Please do not make disturbing noise in order to avoid causing inconvenience to other guests.
・Please do not put your carriers or heavy luggages on Tatami (the Japanese floor mat).
・Any lost belongings will be disposed after 1 week of storage.
・Please be aware that after checking-out time, there will be cleaning staffs coming into rooms to start cleaning.
・In case of causing damage or loss of equipment in the facility, the cost will be paid from your deposit.
・Any problem (ex: damage, fire, etc) that occurred during the use of facility will be responsibilities of your own. We clearly notify that we are not holding any responsibility for such cases. We recommend you to join travel insurance on your own.
・The speed of the Wi-Fi might be slower than usual depending on network situations, thus we cannot guarantee the speed of Wi-Fi.
Please be fully aware of every house rule before making reservations and checking-in.
