【Check-in rules】
■ Drugs, alcohol abuse, and all illegal behaviors are strictly prohibited. Once found, the police will be dealt with.
■ In accordance with the Law on the Prevention and Control of Tobacco Hazards, smoking is prohibited in the room (balconies are allowed), and pets are not allowed to stay in the room. Violators will be fined NT10,000 for deodorization and cleaning.
■ Please turn down the volume after 11:00 pm in the lobby. Loud noise is strictly prohibited in the room and public space, please walk lightly. If the volume of the adjacent room is too loud, please inform the management staff.
■ It is strictly forbidden to take out the items of the homestay. If you do not tell them to take them out, it will be regarded as theft. Cleaning fees will be charged for dirty equipment. Lost or damaged supplies will be compensated according to the price.
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, if more than the number of people enter the room and fall asleep, [Mr. Cai's Homestay] has the right to refuse the tenant's stay and confiscate the deposit.
■ In order to respect other guests who have already stayed, [Mr. Cai's Homestay] does not accept guests who have not stayed to visit and enter, please forgive me.
■ Please check out before 11:00 noon. If you want to participate in water activities after 10:00, please check out early. Late check-out will be charged TWD$600 per half hour. If the overtime exceeds 2 hours without objection, the next guest will be compensated for all the expenses
■ To promote green environmental protection, disposable products will not be provided, but the supply of shower gel, shampoo, and towels will be maintained. Spare parts are placed on the 1F shoe cabinet, please take them by yourself.
■ Passengers who book a room for two days and three nights, if they need to clean the room the next day, please inform the housekeeping staff. If there is no notice, the room will not be cleaned.
