This Private pool villa is suitable for vacationing with family and friends or those who come to contact for business or come to work .The villa has facilities. fully equipped kitchen The pool is not deep, suitable for children. There is a Pool Table . This villa is 5 kms from Chiang Mai Airport, 6-7 kms walking street, downtown / Nimman / less than 10 kms. There are 7-11 convenient store near the villa, food shops. farmer's market withing walking distance
This private villa has 3 houses combined in the land size of 800 sq meters with garden and 3 cars parking space. It comes with an 8x4 salt water pool and sun deck .This Villa is gated with high fence and is in a peaceful and safe residential area.

L Villa (135 sq.meter ) has 2 bright clean bedrooms 2 bathrooms ,living room on the second floor . On the ground floor has a living room with Tv andsofa. a Pool Table and an European kitchen ,dining table. Swimming pool and a shower room is infront of this building.
S 1 Villa {120 sqmeters }has 2 bright clean bedrooms 2 bathrooms ,living room and a kitchen ,balcony . On the ground floor there is a dining room with all day complimentary coffee / Tea /drinking water and an open air Thai Kitchen with BBQ Equipment and cooking essentials
S 2 Villa {120 sqmeters } has 2 bright clean bedrooms 2 bathrooms ,living room and a kitchen ,balcony . On the ground floor there is a 4 bicycles and 3-4 car parking in the villa .
There is washing machines with detergent/softener,hangers and drying rails for guest to use.
For my guest convenience we provide free services: Groceries shopping , lunch delivery from nearby food shops ,Clothes washing.Please let us know.
We can arange BBQ/Dinner service by request ,Book massage /Van rent with driver.
