Welcome to Yilan County! You can enjoy your trip at our bnb / apartment. The property also provides baggage deposit, airport pick-up, no smoking, stair access services.
We have 3 rooms, including double room, one double bed, quad room, 6-person room. For your comfort, all rooms have been carefully appointed to the highest degree of standard and convenience. You can also communicate with the host/staff in chinese. When you are looking for comfortable and convenient accommodations in Yilan County, make us your home away from home!

You are responsible for the safety of yourself, if there is any injury or accident caused during your stay.
We offer pick up service from airport or stations. Please make a booking in advance.
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
Do not engage in illegal activities or anti-social behaviour anywhere on my properties, including but not limited to drinking, parties, drugs. Or we will call to police.
Guest shall compensate us according to the original price for such damage as may be caused by intention act or negligence on the part of the Guest. Damages and breakages must be reported to us, so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
Please check out on time. Late checkout will incur a fee.

Q：如何得知是否確認訂房是否完成訂房？

A：
此房源頁面顯示<即時訂房>，只要付款成功就完成訂房，無須等待旅宿主人回覆確認！

Q：如何預訂？

A：
選擇想去的地點、選擇日期、房數、人數及房型方案，點選預訂完成付款則完成訂房。您會收到完成訂房的通知信。

Q：如何辦理入住？

A：
入住報到時請攜帶身份證明文件(護照或身份證)，及用於預訂支付的該張信用卡，以便入住時身份核對。

Q：如何知道該房型的退訂政策？

A：
每個房型會有不同的取消規定，點擊房型資訊中的查看退訂政策或免費取消文字，可以看到詳細的相關規定。

Q：如果我想要修改或取消這個預訂該怎麼辦？

A：
預訂完成後，您所收到的訂房成功電子郵件上會附有直接前往會員中心的連結，在會員中心您可以自行查詢/列印訂單明細，或取消訂房。如需修改訂單內容，須先取消原訂單，再重新成立新訂單。

Q：退款相關資訊

A：
所有因取消預訂或提前退房所產生的退費，只要符合退款規定，趣吧將依照您原先選擇的付款方式進行退款 (包括 : 信用卡、LINE PAY電子支付)。退款皆採取人工流程，作業不含六日及國定假日。信用卡退款約 3-14 工作天退至您原消費卡，實際仍依各發卡行工作日數為準。電子錢包或其他支付方法，實際退款時間依各支付退款辦法辦理。

Q：發票 / 收據

A：
趣吧將在退房後 3-14個工作天內，依財政部 82 年 3 月 27 日台財稅第 821481937 號函核准開立代收轉付電子收據，不另開立統一發票，且以 Email 方式寄送至您的會員信箱。

※ 因由系統自動開立，一筆訂單僅能開立一張憑證，恕無法申請開立多張。如有分別開立需求，請分別下單。
※ 依法規定，收據/發票一經開立，不得更改或改開其他統一編號。
※ 行程異動或取消時，為加速退款作業，同意授權趣吧代為處理銷貨退回或折讓證明單。
