other electric appliances when you go out.
★DON’T REACT on the intercom.
★NO SMOKING inside
★NO PARTY and NO Loud music in the room.
★BE QUIET in the apartment building. Normally Japanese
people are very quiet and shy and don't really talk to
neighbor.
★DON’T INVITE any unauthorized friends inside the
apartment.
★We do not have bed making service
★We do not have service room cleaning until you check out.
[Check-in method, key receiving method]
The property does not have a reception, so you will have to hand the keys to the management office.
Management office (1-13-8 Kiyokawa, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City Forest Inn Tenjin Minami)
It is about 3 minutes on foot from the administration office to the apartment.
If you are not in time for check-in, please let us know in advance.

Due to the Fukuoka City Ordinance, accommodation tax will be separately levied on hotels in Fukuoka City from April 1, 2020.
* Accommodation tax is not included in the total payment.
A separate tax will be charged at check-in.
The rate per guest per night is as follows.
・ Less than 20,000 yen：200 yen per person per night
